Bakermat releases his second album

Bakermat just released his second album last Friday titled ‘The Spirit’. There have already been two singles released from the album ‘Ain’t Nobody’ & ‘Walk That Walk’. The latest single ‘Ain’t Nobody’ fuses gospel, funk and house music together similar to his single ‘Teach Me’.

“The track is a happy, cheerful and fun dance record that I’m very proud of. It is best enjoyed in sunny environments with positive people, and could be a real summer soundtrack if you’re into feel-good house music!”

On the album Bakermat had this to say “I wanted to go back to the roots with this album. Combining gospel, soul, and folk samples with uplifting pianos and saxophones to create a collection of feel-good songs perfect for the summer. The diversity in styles and genres is high and I experimented with elements of classical music and spoken word too. I hope this album can serve as a soundtrack for road trips, holidays and other fun times with friends and family. And lastly, I hope it inspires and connects people.”

Popular DJ duo The Him have decided to part ways

Popular Dutch DJ duo The Him will be starting a new adventure in 2021. Jay will continue the music and tour solo whilst Steven will pursue other passions.

Mike Williams announces show at ADE

Mike Williams has announced his show ‘Regained’ during ADE 2021′. This has been in the planning for months and will feature a whole host of DJ talent on the lineup. Also before the show Mike Williams will have his own Grilliams restaurant so you can have dinner beforehand.

Sigala to release single with ‘Rita Ora

Sigala has just announced his latest single ‘You For Me’ which will be released this Friday. The song features the talented Rita Ora on vocals. It is gearing up to be a summer house smash and we are excited to hear the full thing.
